ARRIVAL TIMES
For appointments at Mt Eden please arrive on time. Appointments must be pre-arranged – no walk ins please. Please arrive as close to the arranged time as possible – neither early nor late – to prevent running into other client’s sessions. If you arrive late your session will still end at the original time so that other clients’ sessions can run to schedule.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
If you are booking to attend your session at 323B Mt Eden Road Mt Eden – please pay by cash or cheque only. All sessions are paid for either in advance (if you are booking for a package deal ie more than a single session). Single sessions are to be paid for at the time of the session.
CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION REQUIRMENTS
24 hours notice is required if you need to change or cancel your booking. If you give less than 24 hours notice a 50% fee will be charged. If no notice is given you will be charged the full price of the missed treatment.
PARKING AT HYPNOSPA IN MT EDEN
Parking at Hypnospa at Mt Eden is easy and free:
- Park on Mt Eden Road – on the main road outside the building – there are usually lots of free parks and no meters or tow away zones
- Park on Lovelock Ave – it runs to the side of the building – again there are usually lots of free parks and no meters or tow away zones.
